Unfortunately, as a small business, I cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges at the moment. Your satisfaction is my priority so let me know if something is wrong with your order.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package appears to be lost, it may have been returned to me at my PO box. Please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll work together to resolve the issue.
If your order is marked as ''delivered'' but hasn’t arrived yet, please allow a few extra days, as carriers often complete the delivery shortly after the initial status update.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
