commission process

1) Send me your photo

Email the photo you’d like me to paint to doromarcello@gmail.com, and let me know what size you have in mind.

2) Let’s chat

I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your idea and gather any extra details I may need.

3) See a preview

Once I have enough information, I’ll create a Photoshop mock-up using your image so you can get a better idea of what the composition will look like.

4) Confirm and pay

When we’ve agreed on the concept and size, payment is made at this stage. You can either pay in full upfront or choose a 50/50 payment plan (50% upfront and 50% upon completion, before shipping).

All transactions are processed securely through my shop, and you'll receive a receipt.

5) I start painting!

Once you’ve approved the mock-up, I’ll begin your painting. I’ll send you a photo of the completed artwork once it’s done.

6) Final touches

If you’d like any small adjustments, I’ll take care of them now. Once everything is approved, I’ll apply a protective varnish to the painting.

7) Shipped with love

Your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you (tariff-free). I’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Hurray!
